Location and Comfort!
great location large room comfortable bed
The hotel's location is great! I walked easily to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and large! The bed was beyond comfortable. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

a somewhat pleasant stay
great place easy access english channels hairdryer issues
the location was awesome! it was super close to metro stations. the breakfast had plenty of options, i found it more than enough.
The tv situation was a bit of a bummer! being from the us, i expected some english channels, but there weren't any. also, i had issues with the hairdryer. They couldn't find a replacement right away!

free upgrade early check-in spacious room excellent service
I received a complimentary room upgrade. Early check-in was available. The room provided sufficient space. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. I also appreciated the excellent service from the staff.
The hairdryer could not be replaced when it had an issue and they wanted to charge me to switch rooms.

The hotel is near many restaurants. It is also close to bars. Public transport is within walking distance. The surrounding area looked safe. It was easy to access main attractions from this location.

The room had comfortable robes. Slippers were available for use. The shower was modern and clean. Complimentary toiletries were provided daily. These added a level of comfort.

small room broken light
The room size was smaller than expected. I booked a room advertised as 16 square meters, but it felt closer to 12 (maybe they forgot to include the closet in the calculation?). The shower had fine water pressure, I must admit, but the overhead light was out. The staff suggested using the regular bathroom light, but that just didn't cut it. Honestly, I expected better.
